[Beibi, Ta Ryong] Eunhye's Supermarket Ch.16 /? [Engelska] [Hentai Universe]. mm. The universe is made up of "ordinary matter," dark matter and dark energy. The latter constituents make up around 95% of the known universe and are incredibly mysterious. We know they exist but Normal matter consists of the atoms that make up stars, planets, human beings and every other visible object in the Universe. As humbling as it sounds, normal matter almost certainly accounts for the smallest proportion of the Universe, somewhere between 1% and 10%.

The mass that can't be seen is called dark matter. This is a substance quite different from the normal matter that makes up atoms and the familiar world around us. Hubble has played an important part in work intended to establish the amount of dark matter in the Universe and to determine where it is and how it behaves. What results is a percentage—about 31.5 (plus or minus a margin of 1.3 percent standing in for the statistical certainty)—representing the amount of matter present in the mass of the universe. Cosmologists believe about 20% of the total matter is made of regular — or “baryonic” matter — which includes stars, galaxies, atoms, and life, while about 80% is made of dark matter, whose mysterious nature is not yet known but may consist of some as-yet-undiscovered subatomic particle.

Dark matter makes up about 27%. The rest - everything on Earth, everything ever observed with all of our instruments, all normal matter - adds up to less than 5% of the universe. Come to think of it, maybe it shouldn't be called "normal" matter at all, since it is such a small fraction of the universe. * Normal non-luminous matter (black holes and intergalactic gas): 3.6% * Dark Matter: 21% * Dark Energy: 75% 1.1 Normal matter forms 4% of the universe and is made up of atoms of chemical elements. 2 3. Normal matter in the universe

Measuring the present density of the universe is not an easy task. way to measure the density of normal matter is using the observed present abundance of deuterium, which is 2×10–5the amount of Nearly all matter that may be encountered or experienced in everyday life is baryonic matter, which includes atoms of any sort, and provides them with the property of mass. Non-baryonic matter, as implied by the name, is any sort of matter that is not composed primarily of baryons.

The latter constituents make up around 95% of the known universe and are incredibly mysterious. In the broadest and non-technical sense, the universe seems to consist of three things: dark energy, dark matter, and ‘normal’ matter.
